The opportunity
The Cyncoed Campus Administration Team provides administrative support to the Cardiff School of Sport & Health Sciences and Cardiff School of Education & Social Policy on the Cyncoed Campus. The Programmes Team provides administrative support to the Schools’ undergraduate and taught postgraduate degree programmes. The Research and Innovation Team works closely with colleagues in campus finance, procurement and HR to provide support to academic colleagues involved with a wide range of research and innovation projects. The Team also provides administrative support to our postgraduate research degrees, research ethics and the Research Excellence Framework.
You will thrive on working in a dynamic and focused support team and be willing to take on a range of tasks. You will be self-motivated, very organised and IT literate and be skilled in reviewing processes and making positive suggestions for change in the delivery of our support unit. The role presents an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on all our administration support services.
You will be an enthusiastic and friendly professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with a commitment to providing an excellent student experience.
