The opportunity
Library and Information Services (L&IS) is an innovative, efficient, integrated professional service that offers physical and digital services across library, IT, and business improvement.
A post working within a busy and vibrant academic library here at Cardiff Met has become available.
The role will work across all the schools based at the Llandaff Campus: Cardiff School of Art and Design (CSAD); Cardiff School of Sport and Health Sciences (CSS&HS); Cardiff School of Management (CSM) and Cardiff School of Technologies (CST), with some specific focus on Cardiff School of Art and Design (CSAD)
You will work with our Academic Skills team to design and deliver workshops to students and staff covering information literacies, these will be delivered online using MS Teams. You will help promote and administer our reading list software (Leganto) across the schools as part of wider collection development work.
Along with day to day support of the service, you will also be involved in other projects across the service and the University.
This post is available as a full time position, but we would also encourage applications from those interested in job share or part time work

Degree qualification in a Library, information science or management discipline, or equivalent.
