Our strong performance has resulted in the University attracting high numbers of well qualified students and we are now seeking additional staff in both our academic schools and professional services departments.
Joining an expanding and collaborative HR systems team, you will work closely with both your immediate HR colleagues and the wider organisation to become our HR Systems Developer, providing iTrent system administration. Using your knowledge and experience, you will give advice and guidance on system development and have a strong involvement in system projects that will create a positive user experience.

If you have experience with HR system administration and wish to develop your skills, or if you have a thorough knowledge of HR processes and practices with involvement in HR system development and/or projects, this is a great opportunity for you. As a proactive problem-solver and communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, you will be able to demonstrate your natural aptitude for and professional involvement in system administration or HR system projects, with experience of collaborating with colleagues to implement solutions.
With experience of initiating and delivering process and service improvements, you’ll be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers with ease. Having a high level of accuracy and being passionate about delivering a great user experience is extremely important.
