Role Summary:
This is a key post that will contribute to the ambitions of the University's new Strategic Plan 2017/18 - 2022/23.
This new role will work within the Operations team and will support the wider Student Services and Employability teams to deliver a sector leading service.
The role will heavily support the Operations, Data and Project Manager in their role of ensuring continuous quality improvement throughout the directorate by ensuring that our digital presence accurately represents the work carried out. The post holder will ensure that content and platform use is suitable for our various stakeholder audiences (students, staff and general public), supporting with data analysis and output from the Graduate Outcome survey and associated HESA data sets. It is envisaged that this role will support University wide queries with CareerHub (or similar subsequent system) and provide up to date data analysis supporting decision making and identifying trends.
