The opportunity
Cardiff Metropolitan University is looking to appoint a key front of house Corporate Receptionist/Switchboard Operator. The post requires a flexible, committed and enthusiastic individual who has excellent customer care skills and is keen to provide a positive experience for all enquiries received at Cardiff Metropolitan University, whether by telephone or in person. Based at Llandaff Campus you will acquire a detailed knowledge of the University and provide an efficient and effective client service for students, staff and visitors in accordance with normal and emergency operating procedures.
Will need to be able to express oneself in Welsh orally on a range of topics and understand most of a conversation with a native speaker.
